Multiple Debits

An amount of R 150 must be debited from my ABSA savings account monthly for subscription of membership of 'Konsolideerder'. For Feb 2013 (1st) this amount was debited 29 times, causing cost and bank charges of R 2400. After reporting this, an amount of R 1 650 was credited, but reversed later the same day. In addition, an 'extra' amount of R 503.61 was debited on the same day, (4/2/2013) Numerous attempts to have this matter rectified have since come to nothing. I am still R 2 400 poorer and no response from the perpetrato
