Selling of fake goods

Bought a pair of earphones from seller captaincourageous. Noticed after purchase that they were listed as generic/fake. Sent bidorbuy a mail asking if this was allowed. Got a reply saying no. Asked what I could do about this and have since had no reply. Have emailed again to request further steps. Still no reply.By their response they are effectively condoning sale of fake goods.
