I had bought items on the sale. My delivery took 3 days to arrive and when it did, there was an item missing i.e but according to my account on the website both items had been delivered.
On the 9 December 2013, I informed Style 36 via email upon which they informed me on the 11 December 2013 that my sandals was being shipped and delivered shortly as it is with the couriers but that there is a slight delay. In addition they did not answer my question whether they had another item I had purchased in another size.

On the 13 December I was then informed that they no longer have my sandal available and whether I would like a refund or credit. Confused as this was shipped and with the couriers? And then another email said that my issue has been resolved when it had not been.

I have sent additional emails on the 19 and 23 December 2013.To date on the 23 December 2013, I have had no further correspondence.

I don't know where my money is or where my sandals are.
