Why am I waiting a year for BOB to verify me??

I attended a BOB Conference at the beginning of this year (or late last year, very long ago anyway) and included in that was free registration as a verified seller.

I tried applying in February and had difficulty. After sending numerous emails up and down, nothing changed, and I left it for a while.

I then tried reapplying in November, spoke to Natasha on the phone, who said she can see my application online and I must just resend the signed credit form and a copy of my ID. This was done 2 weeks ago.

I didn't hear anything from them, even though Natasha said they are aware of my application and will verify it in a day or two. Monday a week ago I called and spoke to BOBs Security Dept (Nishen or someone) who confirmed that he received my email and he will be working through them that day.

Nothing has since happened. I am STILL not verified. Tonight I spoke to another CS operator who told me they don't have anything under my name (TheJewelleryStore) and I should resend all documents???

No way in that will be happening, sort out yourself BOB, this is ridiculous. I expect to be verified by the end of the week, otherwise I will be taking this further.
