Paid them to renew a web domain that is now available for purchase to the public. This is unacceptable by normal service standards.

Then they have given no follow up to the transaction, and left all of our many contact attempts unanswered for weeks.

As far as we are concerned at this point in time, they have our money and run. We would demand a refund except that they do not answer correspondence.

THIS IS A STRONG RECOMMENDATION AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY. This isn't the first time their service has been shoddy.
