I am a big fan of Netflorist - purely because their staff is so willing to help and walk the extra mile. I spoke to Sheldon Abdul on 06/08/2013 regarding a delivery to Potch University from Johannesburg. The recipient of the delivery cannot eat any nuts and all the gifts on their website contained nuts. I explained the situation to him and he asked me to send an e-mail with all the detail to make up a special parcel. A swift response from him and the order was placed, paid for and on its way in a matter of 3 hoursy. Brilliant job Sheldon - thank you once again.
