Poor Service and Late Delivery

Contacted Flowershop around 3pm on 18 September 2013 and Holly advised once payment made, delivery will be made the following day. I paid R500, in excess of the value of the flowers ordered, the following morning I sent proof to Holly and followed up wih a call. Later calls went unanswered until eventually she picked up and said delivery will take place after 11am. Then a few calls later she said after 2pm. Then by 3:30pm she said she will find out about delivery and return to me on my cell. I did not hear from her. The next morning I followed up and Holly rudely told me she didnt promise delivery yesterday and shouted an "apology" after I told her thats what she should be doing rather.
My friends birthday, sadly passed yesterday, without her seeing the flowers and today she is not at work to take delivery either. It was an expensive and rude awakening for me. I will never deal with the Flowershop or wish to speak to Holly again.
