I purchased webhosting facility from this company -
Received invoice via email
Paid by credit card
Received proof of payment via email

Can log in to my client page but can NOT do anything
get a message that my service is 'pending'
It has been "pending" for 5 days now and I receive NO reply on the support ticket I send -
Telephone listed is a cellphone - voicemail "DAVE" and yet NO -REPLY

I will do a credit card back-charge -
