Bad service, products not up to standard

I ordered a gift box from NetFlorist. The order was placed 2 days in advance but by 16:30 on the day it had not been delivered. After numerous calls to the call centre it only got delivered at around 19:30, meaning that was supposed to be a surprise turned out in me calling my mother asking them to stay at home because a package will be delivered. I know that the website states that delivery time cannot be guaranteed but this is pathetic, at least notify the customer.
The package that arrived was also a letdown... I am fully aware that actual products do not look like the pictures we see on the website but please compare the pictures attached... this is not on standard, and at almost R400 in total one expects more. The flowers were not really blooming, the chocolates were fewer, the box was just plain ugly and even the snacks were few and far between.
What upset me most was that the florist shared with my mother that they only received the order at 17:00 that same evening... meaning that it was not "on the road" as the call centre confirmed and it was not a busy driver... it was just plain bad service.
