There was an incomplete address on my parcel, so my item could not be delivered. Citymob assumes that I didnt fill it in completely, even though my full address is on the system and on emails. I have received many deliveries from them to my address, and somehow now its a problem. They just sorted out their delivery times and were doing so well, until this bad attitude.
