Poor service, no response

I am a member of discovery health. Each time I'd have a query a response would take days on end regardless of the urgency. Recently I made an inquiry about joining the gym on the 16th April 2013. I got a response on the 18th April 2013 that they have forwarded my request to vitality and attached application forms to join the vitality programme which was going to qualify me for discounts at the gym. I made it clear that I'd like to know the time it would take for everything to be processed because I need to train for an upcoming event. I made this query twice but got no response. I still filled up and sent back the forms on the same day. Today it is the 29 April 2013 I still haven't received a response. I mentioned in one of my emails that I am unhappy about the time they always take to attend to me especially not even informing about the time frame that I may expect to wait. I have details of other experiences of poor service in my emails which I won't get into now. I am really unhappy considering I have never made a claim from them since I became a member in 2011.
