I was treated like rubbish

I wanted to fax some documents, some other guy who was polite helped with that. While this guy was busy with the fax, I went to Wimpie to buy pills. He did not greet me, he just told me with an attitude that I must wait for a minute he is still rebooting the system. I waited for a while & after a while I talked to him again. And he told me that he is still busy with someone else's staff. After that the other guy who was helping me with fax noticed that I was offended & angry. He called him and told him in Afrikaans and they both looked at me and laughed.

It's not the first time I get an attitude from that pharmacy. The other time I helped by an lady, who was nicer to other customers before me. & when I came next she just looked at me, no greeting, no smile, no how can I help you. I stood there for a minute waiting for her to speak to and after a while she asked me "what do I want''.
