How long does one have to wait for a response

I have called 3 times and emailed 4 times and no response my company stopped my medical aid due to me leaving. Top med did not call me once to find out if i would like to go on with my membership. They just stop all available savings. I fell down the stairs this weekend and i am in excruciating pain and now i cant get meds as they freezed all my savings... Please can you just assist me i need help.
