I would like to say a very BIG THANK YOU to your call centre operator, Ashley Naidoo who offered excellent service to me. I called in with a query regarding a bill of mine which has not been paid yet. He was very helpful and proficient and I really wish we had many more people like him who will go the extra mile for a client.
