I would like to compliment and thank Ashley from the customer call centre for the service he offered me in getting a new contract. Cell c should be proud to have a call center operator like him. At no time was it a problem to call me back, listen to my side of a problem I had with Cell C Vitality and every effort has been made to rectify the problem and renew my contract and most importantly keeping me up to date personally on the progress of my order.
