WOW! WHAT A STAFF MEMBER YOU HAVE

I would just like the management to know how impressed i am with Florah on the 11th floor. She is such an outstanding employee. She is always full of smiles and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. I've been booked in two days ago and still in hosp and always look so forward to see her in the mornings. She really brightens up my day here at the hosp. Well done to Arwyp for such having such outstanding staff. The whole 11th floor staff is well mannered and they take good care of all the ppl here. Keep it up.
