Bad service

I spoke to Floyd Kgetsi, a consultant for Bankmed. He works from Absa Towers. I arranged a meeting with Floyd Regarding the plan that would be the best for me and my Baby. The Baby was still unborn back when i spoke to Floyd, Floyd assured me that he was going to take care of everything, all i have to do is send him the Application form for a new member as soon as i get a chance. the forms was sent the 20th of December 2012 the day my Baby was born. Last week i got a letter stating that the costs is my responsibility. I phoned Floyd Kgetsi for 5th time that day, and he yet again assured me that he would get back to me before close of Business on Monday, today is Wednesday and still no word from him or Bankmed. all i need is for Floyd or BANKMED TO GET BACK TO ME A.S.A.P
