No refund of "My Savings" after 9 months

When our Medical Aid (Nimas) refused to use our "savings" portion of our medical aid to pay for doctors bills after an operation last year in February (2012), we decided to cancel the medical aid, get a refund and settle the doctors bills. Since then Nimas has merged with Resolution Medical aid and... they are now just passing the buck and not doing much of anything to pay back our savings.
