After so much stress, she saved me

I was diagnosed with a depression illness and I never took care of the fine print of my medical aid, with that said my medical aids funds got exhausted in January. I called the call centre to find out cause I was stressed about buying my medication cash as I did not have any money. Jade explained that my meds are paid for already I must just collect it at the pharmacy. She then also took it upon herself to assist me to correct my account and have everything that was paid out of savings to come out of the pmb'"s. I have less stress now knowing that I have a medical aid who employs people who care. I know I am a f code patient but not once did Jade make me feel like I am insaine or don't know what I am doing, if I didn't understand she took it upon herself to make me understand all the medical jargon and I sleep better at night knowing that my medical aid is sorted and she is a star.
