I have been with Momentum Health for about 13 years, on a hospital plan. I have never had to claim. I recently tried to enrol my daughter, a student, on her own plan. A litany of disastrous services: wrong information, wrong forms, refusal to accept her because the forms (supplied by them) were wrong, withholding claims for 12 months etc. They have made it so difficult for me, and of course you cannot speak to a human now, it's all via email. After an initial promising chat with REFILOE who gave me a Ref. No.: 172518245 I have been unable to get anyone to answer me in person. Even when I sent a letter of complaint about the wrong forms, I received a terse email and an attachment from Robyn Poonsamy. Even my saying how disappointed I was that no one had bothered to communicate in person elicited no response. So, I have decided to cancel my own hospital plan and go with another provider that I recently praised on Hello Peter for their courteous customer-friendly service. Clearly Momentum does not appreciate loyalty and honesty.
