I am a Discovery member every time i need to them there is excuses. They just tell me to pay upfront and claim back R14 000 is not just lying around. I paid it but what if i did not have the money why am i paying you.
Then they have the decency to take R2998 from my account this month where my premium is less than that.
I want my money back in my account today i will go to the medical counsel with you guys this is not the first time. Everytime they have a story. You guys are a disgrace and are taking money form hard working people.
