Worst experience ever

I have never has such an experience before. To think that this is a tourist site is quite amazing.
We were told that both parks close at 17h00 yet there are no boards stating such, we were then referred to our wrist bands which "apparently" mentioned this by 2 Very Rude park officials people told us there is nothing they can do about it.
We then spoke to the supervisor who then noticed that there are no signs stating that we had to pay a separate fee if we want to enter the aquarium after 17h00, only to have another person come and say we are not allowed in. After wasting 20 minutes of our time, we were allowed to enter the aquarium because they were not given the correct information. Upon exiting the aquarium at 18h20 there was no personnel to be seen and the gates were open for all to enter.
We then went to Sweets From Heaven, selected the items and waited for 15 minutes to pay (being the only customers in the store) as the sales lady was on the phone and the other attendant did not have a till to work with.
If this is the treatment that us South Africans receive then imagine what the internationals have to deal with.
It was atrocious. This was on the 22/03/2013.
