Indaba Hotel And Conference Centre
NOT A PLACE TO HOST AN EVENT / FUNCTION! SHOCKING!

I called the Indaba Hotel 3 days ago and requested to speak to someone in the events department. There was no one available to take my call. So, I left a message with my details. To this day I am still waiting for someone to return my call.

I then decided to visit the Indaba the next day in an attempt to speak to someone who could help me with a quotation and a walk around the venue to decide what I would like and what would best suit my needs.

When I arrived, I was met at reception by what I can only describe as a "screaming clown". As I approached and greeted the indivual, she decided to start screaming at another staff member across the reception area. Not anyway guests should be treated. Only when I started walking away was she interested in helping me.

When I eventually got to have my say and ask for what I needed, I then had to wait until Rone could come and assist me. She seemed disinterested in my request and when asked if I could see the function rooms, I was told all were full... This was strange, there were hardly any cars or guests at the Indaba. I was also promised a quotation... 2 days later, still no quote!

This service is unbelieve and I was quite taken back!
