Terrible bed and breakfast experience

As a treat for my fiance I took him to this B&B in muldersdrift. The website advertised stunning views, being able to relax in a massage chair and as a perfect weekend getaway. Well if id booked us for an entire weekend I would have definitely left early.upon arrival we were told there is a fly problem. Why was I not told this upon booking? one thing to be told about a fly problem, quite another for there to be no solution.no baygon or fly nets over the curtains or even fly candles.nothing. we were told there was a can if doom. Great, so now we were meant to chase flies around with a can of doom and enshroud our nostrils with that stink?
Flies became dormant at night only to be replaced by heaving swarms of mosquitoes. There was no aircon or fan so we had no choice but to leave windows open otherwise we would have cooked alive.the old faded linen had no appeal, the lone old cake of soap was unappealing, the Tv so old and tiny, the breakfast was an unfortunate Vienna and eggy bread ensemble, and piles of dead flies on the floor made for an embarrassing (and very expensive) experience. I have emailed owner Wendy and have received no feedback. Disgraceful
