Ubuhle Nature Spa
Refusing to Issue a Refund

Myself and a good friend took time off to relax at a spa. We found the spa using the healthspaguide website which gave us various options. We visited the website of the various spa's and eventually settled on the Ubuhle Nature Spa situated in Fourways, Chartwell Country lodge. They offered packages of full day spa at R1300 per person. We agreed on the deal and proceeded to make the bookings and as they wanted upfront payment, we made EFT payments. The total bill then came to R2600 as it included meals and overnight accommodation. However when we eventually arrived at the facility on 17th December 2012, the below is what we experience which led us to cancelling the bookings on the spot, with the owner Graham Foster agreeing to refund us. The spa misrepresented their facilities and the services they were offerings. The standard and quality of their facilities was shocking, from their chairs used for giving neck and shoulder massages to their kitchen where meals gets prepared, the etiquette and Appearances of the therapists, the condition of the overnight accommodation and gowns given - all in shocking bad state. He now refuse to give us our refund and we need help to get it back. Help
