NO DELIVERY OR RESPONSES TO EMAILS OF CHRONIC MEDS

I would hereby like to express my sincere dissapointment and would like to advise other people using UTI to stop depending on the once known as the most reliable delivery service. We had a delivery with a letter stating that the balance of medication would be delivered as "arrangend"??? It was never arranged when this would be delivered. We are still waiting for December '12 delivery and intisipating Jan'13 delivery. My father has MS - and for people that is not aware of what this illness is please google to see the heartbreaking effects of Multiple Sclerosis. He is now scheduled to have his next injection on Sunday... but alas NO DELIVERY AS PROMISED. Why is e-mails not replied to, why are phone calls not being answered. If someone outthere could please advise of an alternative Courier Service it would be highly appreciated.
If this injection is not received on Sunday, he will be suffering from exscrusiating side effects, and as we all are aware of it's irriversable effects!!!
