I went for an eye test in May 2012 and decided not to take the glasses as it was way too expensive.
I went about my business thinking the eye test was paid for by my med aid and received a phone call in DEC from a man (Marco) who told me that I owe them money.
I told him to submit the claim for the eye test and let me know if there is a prob - he never got back to me so I pressumed the claim was paid.
On Friday I received a lawyers letter for the eye test. I have never received a single bill and phone call besides one from Marco in December telling me that the claim is still outstanding.
I was however informed by Martinique that 7 calls was made to my cell and office nr??!! Very strange as I ALWAYS have my phone on and we have a very efficient receptionist that take messages.
I am highly upset as I have a very good credit record and I will not allow the incompetance of Torga Staff to damange it.
They will be reported today and I expect this matter to be resolved by the end of the week.
