None payment of Hospital Plan Account

I am a 71 year old single lady who was experiencing severe chest pains. I telephoned a Dr who was busy with a patient at the time and explained my symptoms. He told me to go immediately to emergency. I have a Hospital Plan with Momentum so I went to Entabeni Hospital. They admitted me and put me on the ecg machine and advised that I had to be admitted immediately as I had had a heart attack. They are now refusing to pay the ER Doctors account as they say it is not covered under the scheme as it was during office hours and I was not referred to them by a Doctor? What is an emergency room for, and as it was an in hospital occurrence are they not honouring the Hospital Plan and paying this account.
