Unfair treatment

On the 25th of October 2024, at about 15:00 hours, my girlfriend, Nonkululeko Thwala, went to Chiawelo Clinic in Soweto for a cleaning procedure after she had a miscarriage. She was seen by the doctor and the nursing sister, who then told her that she had performed an abortion and was now coming to the clinic claiming she had a miscarriage. After the cleaning, they then forced her to take the injectable contraceptive (Depo). She refused and tried to explain to them that she was on oral contraceptive (Traphisil) and that the injection makes her bleed non-stop. The nurse ignored her and went on to inject her by force.

I am taking this as a serious issue where patients now have no right to the medication of their choice. I am prepared to take the matter further.
