Good day Dr Venter

A patient of yours, Mr Ramokgele Molefi was admitted to the Wilgers Hospital on 12 March 2023.

His employer, the Road Accident Fund requires a medical certificate from the medical practitioner if an employee is off ill for longer than 3 days.

The Dr who stood in while you were on leave, promised to send such to me, but she did not.

I have been trying to reach your offices telephonically without success.
