SANBS account was paid up in full by insurance company on the 27 th of October 2022 , proof of payment was sent to me, they deny, they dint receive my document. I have records that they have received it, one of their consultants then went on leave whom I received email from saying he is on leave and will be back on 4 January 2023.I have his surname which they never furnished me with.
