Refusal to see my mother

We arrived at the hospital at 18h20pm we rang the bell on 6th floor after 10 minutes the door was opened. The reception was empty. Then I approached a nursing staff a ward manager and I explained to her that my husband was traveling if we could be allowed go see my mother. She said we will wait for 19h00pm. I asked if they were busy with my mother and her response was no. When I asked why was she giving us attitude and refusing my husband, I and my two sons to see my mother? She said only my husband can go in and the rest of us should wait for 14h00pm.
The name of the ward manager is Samo Tsakane.
