Frustrated patient, waiting over a month receptionist to get back to me for an appointment, extremely rude and unprofessional

Waiting for over a month for an appointment... the receptionist are rude and apparently appointments can only be made when they have chatted to the doctor, they assure u they will call.back with an app and never do, I have called over 6 times and my husband has also and to date no feedback on an app, its really sad becoz I've been a patient of dr rooplal from the time iwas a child, his a brilliat doctor but there is never any way you can contact him except through his receptionist, been extrememly frustrating waiting as I desperately have needed an appointment with him as he knows my dental history, and it's also sad that after chatting to other patients they are experiencing the exact same treatment!!! And so many have decided not to go back to him
