By the end of this month, YOU WILL have one less customer! You claim to to great things, but all you do is confuse the little guys into paying you stupid amounts of cash and you give them absolutely nothing in return. Someone who never claims receives the same treatment of a hypochondriac.

If this is the service and misinformation regarding actual benefits that you intend to convey to your clients. Then I would rather be the client of another scheme that is more transparent about their actual intentions. We are all here to make money and survive, but not through the means of misinforming customers.

Fantastic dental, optical and every other benefit that drastically increases your premium and yet you pay for ALL of it out of your savings? Why not rather be a little more open and just tell people, we tend to respond better. I would never have upgraded my policy if I was fully informed and I am regretting EVER coming back to Discovery...
