Negligence of night duty staff in casualty

On Monday 27 March 2017 I called at casualty at round about 10 :30 pm complaining of a severe pain on my ear. This pain started on Saturday night, on Sunday I consulted a GP who prescribed pain killers, ear drops and antiobiotics. The treatment was taken as per instructions but the pain was still there the entire day on Sunday and Monday. Thats when I decided to go to the hospital.
When I got there, I showed the nurse the treatment that I was using so that they dont give me the same treatment. The doctor was called in, he examined me and then ask the nurse to give me two injections to stop the pain. that was done and prescription was given to me and I was discharged.
I was not given enough time to monitor the pain after injections, I thought the doctors treat the cause not the symptoms. On my way home I started feeling hot and nauseous. After that I started vomiting which continued the whole night till 5 am. I was so dehydrated, then my husband rushed me to the same hospital that is now Tuesday 28 March 2017.
Now i have to pay double registration fee, which should be avoided if proper follow up was done initially.
a special thank you to the Dr that was working on Tuesday, she reffered me to the ENT the problem was solved.
