We are on holiday in Hermanus and my brother went to town to do some shopping. He decided to pop in by spec savers and ask if they might be able to fix my moms reading glasses. She broke it a few weeks ago and it was fixed by the old age home manager with duct tape. Needless to say it landed on the floor more than it was on her nose.
a Guy with the name Andrew assisted my brother with a friendly smile. He said he will be able to fix it and that my brother can collect it in 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes he went back and the glasses were tipp topp.
Our mom is over the moon. She can actually in bed again, relaxing with a book.
We would like to thank him for his caring attitude, he is an asset to your company and a true reflection of what service delivery should be.
