I just need some feedback, and I am not getting it

I sent in a termination letter yesterday, you require 30 days notice to cancel a contract which I have given yet I have received no feedback whatsoever. I called your consultant who said he would action this and that I could check this on my online account but when I login in I can see nothing.

I just want some feedback and at least a confirmation that my letter has been received and that my contract will be cancelled by the 28th Feb. I am starting my new medical aid on the 1st March and I AM NOT going to pay double fees.

Please get back to me ASAP, I want this sorted out!!!
