Authorised procedure but Discovery won't pay

I received authorisation for a gastroscopy - Discovery did not honor the payment of the Dr which they autorised. I logged complaints, responded via e-mail, and tried telephonically but without success.

I have a reference number 3057873762.

When I discussed with some one at the call desk I was informed that the authorisation was cancelled - I have never received anything in writing to confirm - and for what reason would it have been cancelled? Discovery did however pay part of the authorisation

I do not get any formal response from Discovery, the Afrikaans speaking lady from complaints department told me she would follow up (I think this was in November 2013) but still no response. Your assistance in solving the matter would be appreciated.
