ACCOUNT NOT PAID

I took my son last year to the Paed but I recieved a letter stating it was not paid anf I dont get why as this claim was suppose to be processed from the Health platform as he is allowed two visits before the age of 1. This claim is for Doctor vermakk, I would appreciate a prompt response.
