Well I don't even know where to start! we had the worst experience right from the start, unfortunately there isn't enough space to write all the complaints, they give a sales pitch when u visit for preadmission to view the maternity ward promising u the world making as if you will have the best experience ever, when you get admitted you get the utmost worst experience, I would have never gone to that hospital had I known of their BAD attitude and service, I don't recommend any person going to that Roseacres hospital, when we went to view the maternity ward, they gave us a price of R550 a night, when we booked they charged us R802, yet we were not allowed to book prior admission because there mite not be any available when coming for a C-section, you have no benefits of having a pvt room like you do at other hospitals, you aren't aloud to have a single visitor unless its your mom at visiting hours only, after baby is born they give baby to mom for 2 min, then they take him, baby was admitted to NNICU but mom not given a chance to say goodbye until she sees him again, and not even an update on his progress. this is only the one complaint, I have much more. sort yourselves out!!!
