WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!

In December 2013 i toke out medical aid for my self and 3 girls, i was told that i would be covered as from the 1 January 2014 and that my first debit order would go off on the 10th January 2014. FIRSTLY they tried to take an amount of R1448 in December!!! Then we were told that it was a mistake from there side and we were not to worry about it and promised that this would not make my January payment any higher. Jan came and on the 11th they toke R2896.00 were we promised would not happen. Any way we then called back and were told set by step to reverse that debit order then call Discovery to load one single debit for the amount of R1448 or we could just do an EFT which is what we done the money was transferred yesterday and i got an sms saying thank you for the payment and that it had been allocated. NOW this morning i get another sms saying i owe them R1448.00!!! I AM IV BEEN ON THIS THIS FOR A TOTAL OF 17 DAYS END LESS!!! WHEN YOU CALL THEY KEEP TRANSFERRING YOU FROM THE ONE PERSON TO THE OTHER.

I WANT THIS SORTED OUT OR I WILL GO AND REVERSE THE PAYMENT THAT WAS MADE AND CANCEL THIS THING!!!
