Dear sir /madam

I spoke to several people this morning in connection with authorization of 13 visits of my wife to Tygerberg hospital in 2014.Nobody could give me an answere.they put down the phone and run away. Iam very disapointed in medsheme.you are my biggest loser of the week. Istill sittting with this problem. PLEASE HELP.
