Terrible conditions

I have been admitted into hospital since the 07/01/2014 and have had the most uncomfortable stay ever. I have been here for two days in a room with other patients and no air-conditioning or proper ventilation. The temperature gets so
unbearable that I even had instances where I became nauseous to a point I though that I was going to collapse. Numerous complaints fall on deaf ears and the sister in charge is always busy and coming now. I was continuously told that the entire floor had this problem, of which is not true.

I also heard a member of staff asking the guys who came in to inspect the system, for a quote! When people's lives are at risk the monetary issue should be sorted out speedily, it's very risky to breath in air from any area which has numerous viruses and Is not properly ventilated.

Pathetic service for a private hospital.

When we are admitted, we are not given quotes so why should our health be at risk for a quote.

NB: the air-cons have not been working for as long as any of the patients in this ward had been here.(the entire week)
