Msc Starlight Cruises
They do not answer their phones!!

Over the last couple of days, I've tried phoning the call centre, mostly it is engaged, but when the call goes through, you have to wait in a queue. My 3 times were 14, 16 and 20 minutes, which is totally unacceptable!!
I see there are many complaints about this, but they seem not to care.
