To the public reading the hellopeter compliments, you must read this if you do not already know..So I log onto the Fedhealth website, as I want to see what my new premium will be since I changed medical aid options, not very long after browsing, this little chat pops up on my right hand corner screen, whilst I am on the website, saying: Hello, is there anything we can help you with, my 1st thought, even if I do reply, I will get an answer next week, but I take a chance anyway, within seconds the person on the other end of the chat responds, I tell Dorion Snyders what I am looking for, and he/she responds immediately, a live chat for assistance, in all my history of dealing with companies, its the fastest help I have ever gotten, Dorion immediately goes the extra mile to assist me, I have never had this kind of interaction with a company before, this is a phenomenal initiative, and I think your customers are going to love it, whoever came up with this, it is brilliant, this is exactly what customer want, immediate, live interaction without having to pick up the phone and go through a call centre or having to send a request and wait weeks for a reply, WELL DONE FEDHEALTH AND Dorion, thank you.
