Terrible Chinese Food

I'm not one to make a fuss about food - it happens. But the experience was just painful, and deserves a lashing. I have never had to deal with a waiter as irritating and utterly stupid as the one we had. He couldn't do a single thing right. For a black man he should have more pride in his job. Cola tonic and lemonade was a can of coke and a plate of lemons. I mean common. We had to order by pointing at pictures. The speed in plating the table and frequent returning to take an empty glass or plate was just ridiculous. It completely destroyed the conversation and mood. He knocked over a drink and spent 10minutes cleaning up. The food was, for lack of a better word, sh. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same waiter cooking the food. There was no understanding of balance and favour. It was oily and unappetizing. ranging from tasteless to inedible. I wanted to complain to the manager, but the waiter made it difficult and didn't know what was going on. I paid by card with a tip. He kept entering the actual amount 400 instead of the requested 450. I had to eventually tip cash which made it more grinding because I didn't want to tip at all. It's the right thing to do so I did.
