Discovery bad service and uncaring attitude

As I type this I am waiting to be transferred to a "manager " AB Adams who has kept me holding on now for 15 min's: I submitted a counter-offer to the DCS Branch on the 19th Dec 2013. On following up that it had been activated I was informed that nothing had been received by Discovery new business by both Clive and Gugu. I resent it, there were two separate attachments one being the signed page received from the client in jpeg format. They refused to action it as it was two separate attachments. Eventually I was put through to Lonwabo who said it was too illegible even though I can clearly read the clients details. He insisted that the printing of the signed letter was illegible and refused to action it. He admitted that if the client was in an MVA or another serious event he would have no cover because the STANDARD wording on the page was not fully legible. He then point blank refused to put me through to Mr Broomberg's office. Saying that I had to speak to a client relation manager. So these bureaucrats are quite happy for someone to possibly die due to lack of treatment because the standard wording on a document is not fully legible. I have now waited for 30 min's for AB Adams.
