On the 4th March 2013, I made a purchase of R259 which was processed on my credit card for 148US$ immediately. I have been frequently calling their customer service number 0800 980 824 since then, have not had any joy, just once excuse after another. Just recently that number is no longer in service. I was given another number to call from Nedbank 0800 981 218. They keep stating that this issue has been handed over to corporate but still no refund has been issued to me. Today the lady at customer service stated that their number is for Nutraburn not Nuetrim. I think this has not only been a delay tactic from day one but also a huge. Is there anyone out there that can give some advise on getting my money refunded?
