Pathetic after care by Supplie

We baught and imorted a Eskimo BQL 838 Ice cream machine, which was paid for in Cash.
We used it for 3 days, and thereafter it just stopped freezing the ice cream, and the once side of the machine started leaking exessively. To date (for the past 2 weeks) no response from the supplier.
We are based in Mozambique, and at this stage losing at least R1 000 per day. This is UNACCEPTBALE
