Every single day Discovery Health finds yet another way to disappoint their clients!!! I am going on holiday on Sunday morning at 02h00. Unfortunately my script is only due on Sunday, so you REFUSE to release the meds 1 day before?!?!??!? Really?!?!?!?!?!?!
We pay thousands of rands every month to have you refuse a claim 1 day before its due??
Absolutely pathetic!!!
